`THE BEST AMONG THE BEST` - PALILULA CALENDAR FOR 2012

The best pupils and students of Palilula together with the representatives of educational institutions, gathered at the ceremony held in NKC – Nis Cultural Center, welcomed PhD Igor Novakovic president of Palilula Municipality. On this occasion Municipal calendar for 2012 promotion, presidents Igor Novakovic and Milan Djurdjevic, sent the pupils and students New Year and Christmas greeting words.

`Again, this year, we have realized the idea that the best pupils of schools and students of faculties, who are in educational institutions in Palilula, are in the pictures of original Municipal calendar of 2012. After the Call for best pupils and students names, more than 200 names nominations were sent. They are here today with us but also on the pages of our CALENDAR –THE BEST AMONG THE BEST. All the pupils, students as well as professors, head masters of schools, high schools and deans of faculties I would like to welcome and greet with the wish that in New 2012 we will reach even better results and continue to have successful cooperation – said Novakovic.

According to the words of the president Novakovic, Palilula Municipality signed the protocols about the cooperation with many associations and organizations. As one responsible organization of local self-government, this Municipality in its own Strategy of development gave significant accent to the connection of education, science and local self-government. This activity is directed first of all to the improvement and reforming of work in primary schools and high schools, but also faculties from Palilula, about education and specializations/knowledge improvement of the employed and unemployed people, to the cherishing our young people of science, professional and science information exchange.
